Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly willing to splash out a hefty £26.1 million to secure the services of Vasco da Gama winger Rayan, who is also catching the eye of Chelsea. The Brazilian youngster has been in fine form, scoring 14 goals and providing one assist in 2025. Despite a reported release clause of £34.3 million, Spurs are expected to pay between £17.4-26.1 million to bring Rayan to the Premier League.

The North London club has seen a significant improvement in their attack this season, with their forwards netting 13 goals in just seven games. This has propelled them to third in the league standings, a stark contrast to their ninth-place position at the same stage last season. New signings Mohammed Kudus and Xavi Simons have been instrumental in Tottenham’s attacking prowess, with Kudus contributing one goal and five assists already.

Kudus, who can operate on both wings, has been a key figure for Spurs, while Simons has been deployed on the left flank despite his natural position as a No.10. With the potential addition of Rayan on the right wing, there could be a reshuffle in the team, with Kudus possibly moving to the left. Transfer insider Jorge Nicola has revealed that Tottenham are leading the race for Rayan’s signature, with Chelsea and Aston Villa also showing interest in the talented teenager. Spurs have reportedly initiated talks with Rayan’s representatives about a possible move in the upcoming transfer window.
